Atlas Finance taking unauthorized money

R2386.94 deducted twice from my account again this month. Yesterday I was told (I phoned to inform Denise that my bank notified me that a debit order will go off) and I was told by Denise they cannot stop it, only if I take a new loan, they can stop the 2nd debit order from going through. Really, is this the way to finance your loans for clients and force people to take new loans? Now it is on me to proof that the money was taken twice. This is one horrible way to treat your loyal clients. I please need my money by this afternoon as I have debit orders that will go off tonight.
