Atlas finance stay away!!!

I received very good service and loan offers at the beginning but now I am very dissatisfied, I have an existing R8000 loan which I still have two months to pay but I was told I can come for top up om this loan but it was no top up it was just another loan on top of this loan this was not explained when I signed, they ended up deducting R6000 this month Which is not small change for me, I enquired about a loan online yesterday because it takes an hour and a half to go in to the branch and you have to submit the same documents every month, even a transaction history which costs me money even though the money was paid over 48 hours ago and should beeflecting by this time.

I sent another email at 9am this morning with all these documents needed and still no one has come back to me at this time with sny feedback.

I will not be using them again absolutely disgusting!
