Atlas Finance poor services

This company has a bad online service and hardly answer their phone when doing a follow up.on an application. Poor services. They for ever refer you to their branches to go there in person. Why do they have an online service. Their system needs to be more user friendly and helpful. I did not received feedback yet. Another frustrating journey
