Atlas Finance - Poor Customer Care

Once again I am having issues with Atlas Finance and them updating of ITC. Email sent through to Customer care and guess what - no surprise. No response whatsoever. One of the accounts that I had initially queried, which was from January 2021, was removed for a whole 2 weeks and subsequently put back on as being open with a balance owing. This account was PAID UP AND CLOSED. What the heck is going on? You guys are stuffing up my credit rating after me working so hard to get my stuff in order. I need this rectified as a matter of urgency.
