Atlas Finance overpayment

Hello Peter,we have a problem with atlas Finance My husband took 5300 at atlas Finance,agreement it was 4 months to pay now is more than 4 months an they deduct 2600 every month,is over payment please help,they even don't want to give him statement,please help.Samuel d lefu
