Atlas Finance left me dry in December 2022.

I have been a customer with atlas for a long long time. Rosslyn branch and I have been satisfied with their Service. Until I was double debited on the 20th of December 2022 till today the 3rd of January 2023 I haven't received the Refund I was promised. Atlas finance could you pls resolve this cause it impacting on the good relationship we had.
