Atlas finance. kings of unprofessionalism

After sitting for 30 minutes, i am yet to recieve any attention. this is while staff are talking among themselves. i was invited over the telephone to take up a loan. i was asked to bring 3months bank statement and latest payslip which i did. now i am told that my december pay has to reflect, which means i hav to go back to my bank. i am tired of the administrative unprofessionalism i keep experiencing here. each time i come here, i have to run back and forth between internet cafes and b my bank. staff here dont seem to know their systems. The service at Rosslyn Branch is a disgrace. Staff look uninterested and unprofessional. Sies
