ATLAS FINANCE IS RIDICULOUS

I have been a very Loyal Client and have paid my installments and I have only one last installment still to finish up my 6 month loan.Now I went there to apply for a Loan as they had refused to give me one Previously because of my Temporary ID I had so I had to go to other Financial institutions to get a Loan.Now I went to Atlas they tell me of my affordability because of the other Loans I had made.Would I have made those Loans if they allowed me with the Temporary I had then?NO I would not have gone to the other Financial insitutions.So selfish Atlas is to the Clients that are soo Loyal to them.What is the purpose of us going to them when they refuse to help us.Would we be going to Atlas if we were not in need and not in a tight corner?Its realy ridiculous how they operate I had to waste my leave day without getting any assistance.
