Atlas Finance is halting my life.

If there was an option not to give a star I would have but guess this is what it has come to. I took out 2 loans with Atlas Finance and paid both of them off. Monday when I checked my credit score I realised they listed me on the credit bureau for missing a payment of R168, I reached out to one of their consultants Sagrie Govender who told me that she looked at my account and on her records I do not owe Atlas Finance anything as I dealt with her for these loans, she even sent me an email.

I then called the Atlas offices, a number I got from their website, waited a long 19 minutes and my airtime cut but I took the number for their WhatsApp that they so encourage us to use for quicker responses but no one responded to my messages. I woke up this morning with my credit score down, why...because I owe Atlas Finance R168. I am trying to get credit for a car I desperately need, the dealership says it's because of me missing payments with Atlas Finance that they can't help me and they have also listed me on Experian and Compuscan that I am still paying the loan of R1398 that was paid in full in May and I am missing payments on the R168 I do not know of - hence my application is failing.

Atlas Finance - I tried all channels for you guys to rectify this and I truly hope someone will help me because as it stands your incompetence is halting my life in a major way as I need a car for work and business to make money that so many people desperately need in my family and you guys are hurting us. I truly hope you can come to the table and rectify this.
