Atlas finance-Get your house in order-service is pathetic!!!!

This is now the third review regarding Atlas finance, this is a message to them please do not contact me again regarding any loan or anything because your office is not in order at all, I am getting mixed messages regarding my application for top up loan and outstanding loan. I have sent the documents required through about 3 times yet again I am asked to send it again I will not be wasting my time anymore. I asked that a manager contact me last week already on email and Facebook message to get this sorted once and for all and no one has even bothered to come back to me with correct feedback and information,

I went to the Pier 14 Port Elizabeth branch on Saturday and the manager told me straight with a attitude when i asked her what the problem was with top up loan, it is my affordability however this was not a problem at all for three months in a row and not much was changed on my statements and they can prove all this information, to date I still do not have any copies of loans as proof of anything, I pretty much think that they don't want to bother anymore because of speaking the truth about my experience on the reviews. I was serious when i said they have lost me as I client and I would recommend them to anyone only if you want more financial stress as this is exactly what they caused for me!
