atlas finance cannot clear or update credit profile after payments

I took a short loan on the 5th of February 2021 and paid it up on the 25th of February. but my credit profile still saying I am owing atlas finance even today . I asked them to send the up date to credit Bureaus but they didn't . I had to get a paid up letter and lodge a dispute with credit Bureaus by myself
