Atlas finance

I took a loan in August 2022 it was approved and within 30 I settled it. So on the 30 November 2022 I apply for another loan wich was declined. To my suprise yesterday I got paid and Atlas Finance Mabopane deduct R1243.48 from my account that I don't know about I called them to check what is going on because my application was declined they said I must submit my bank statement and the call was hang out. I never sign anything with them my application was declined. Kindly assist with this matter I have account that I need to pay and I don't have money as Atlas finance deducted and I don't owe them.
