Atlas finance

I am so ****ed at Atlas finance. Yesterday I called and spoke to a women regarding a loan, she told me they could assist me not to send my documents to the email but come in to the office for assistance. I asked her on several occasions what is required to apply for the loan as we really need financial assistance, she said they don't assist people who are under debt review or admin, I told her I was brutally attacked and staped so I don't have a bank account my and my husband are sharing one we have a coint account she said it's no problem they can still assist me just need to bring the bank card with me as they have to swipe it for the debit order. Today I went to the branch they simply refused to assist me even when I tried to explain regarding my call they had no entrenst to listen to my at all. They treated me like **** and I felt like ******* even though they said via telephone they could assist. Atlas I really don't appreciate what happened here being treated like ****, even though we put our hopes on you're firm seeing that the word off mouth is said you're firm is the best. Don't lie to you're clients don't treat them like ****, and don't give people false hope.
