Atlas doesn’t want to close my account

I have paid atlas account in March 2025 but now in may their account is still reflecting as unpaid on my credit record. I emailed and called them but they keep on tell me that they have a system problem on their side and they can’t do it they will have to do it manually. 3 months later it still shows as unpaid where as I settled my account
