Atlas Boulders in Midrand

I took a loan with Atlas finance in Oxtober and paid it on the 25th of October, I tried taking another loan on the first week of November and pay on my pay day but I didn't and on the 24th of November they took R3675,11 when I didn't take the loan, I went to their premises on the 27th and they said they've put a request for the refund and it's already a week later I haven't received my refund. They're a **** and I'd advise people not to take out an loans with them because when I call them no-one gives me accurate information. I just want my money back.
