Atlas account paid up but they refuse to close it

I am very sad and stressed because my financial freedom has been compromised and shattered by Atlas finance, my account was handed over with Debbtec and soon as I got money I paid over the account on the13th of August 25 ref ***, submitted the letters to the bureaus. However Atlas finance department has not confirmed that account was paid. My credit life is my freedom I’d really appreciate if this is sorted out urgently
