Atlas

I have a complain about Atlas finance as I was having a loan with them and during December time, they deducted twice the money, I went to the branch to complain about it they told me to return the money within 3 working days, so far till todays date nothing yet happened. It's been 15days now and I have been waiting patiently. Please assist.
