Appalling Service

I app**** for a Loan & was told by a guy named Edgar that I qualify for R8000 & my repayment would be R1680 over 6months. He also said that I should come to the Branch on Tuesday with my original Documents. When I got there he was not there & referred me to a lady by the name of Lunga, unfortunately she was busy so another lady by the name of Nthabiseng offered to assist me, she then advised that they are offline & would call me once they are online, I never heard back from them I kept on phoning and was told that they will call me back, today is Thursday already still no call back or a Loan or a Decline.

I cannot believe that they give people such bad service.
