Angry customer

Online application is not helpful if you need a loan immediately. I am a customer at Atlas finance and i have been paying for my loan . And i am paying on time .I have asked for a top up loan and it declined. They said i can’t afford because of my credit score . I was given a loan and payed it back now i am asking for second loan and all for a sudden Atlas finance is worried i about my credit score , which has gone up from the time i got my first loan
