Account debited on the 31st of August, payment not allocated

Good day Hilton,

Thank you for your response.

Firstly, I would like to address the matter at hand. The last payment of R2,156.24 was debited from my account on 31 August 2026.

Please confirm whether this payment has been received and reflected on the account, and advise on the current outstanding balance.

If the account has been settled, kindly provide me with a paid-up letter/settlement confirmation confirming that there is no outstanding balance.

I would also like to reiterate that I formally dispute and do not acknowledge the R737.07 interest charged. This interest was never communicated to me. The SMSes I received reflected the balance as R4,314.24, and during the calls made to me, the balance communicated was also R4,314.24, with no mention of any additional interest.

I therefore do not accept the R737.07 interest and request that this be investigated and removed from the account.

Furthermore, once the account has been settled and the correct balance has been updated, please ensure that the credit bureaus are updated accordingly to reflect the correct status of the account and that there is no adverse information incorrectly reported against my profile.

Please confirm receipt and allocation of the R2,156.24 payment and provide the paid-up letter once the account has been updated.

Regards,

Kind Regards

Reviewer Update
Good morning,
Thank you for the response. However, this appears to be another system-generated response, which does not address any of the specific concerns raised in my correspondence.
I have already explained that I require human intervention and a substantive response, particularly regarding the delay in updating my credit bureau records and providing the requested call recordings from March 2026 to date.
Please do not simply refer the matter to another Customer Care Consultant without ensuring that the consultant is fully briefed on the history of my complaint and the issues I have raised.
I have been patient with this matter for some time, and I now require this to be escalated to management and properly addressed.
Please confirm who has been assigned to my complaint and when I can expect a substantive response addressing each of my outstanding concerns.
I would appreciate a response that actually addresses the matter rather than another automated acknowledgement.
Kind regards,
Lerato
