A concerned and very furious citizen

I requested a loan with this company since the 25th of June 2020. They promised that if I pay the amount of R1955 my loan would be transferred. To date nothing has been transferred. I paid the amount they requested that was for insurance. Then they phone me to tell me I must pay the amount of R3255 for transferring costs. But this was not stipulated in the contract that was given to me to sign. Then they phone me again on 27th June 2020 to tell me my loan will only be transferred if I pay another amount of R3600 for collateral fees (no one know what that means) then I asked them cant they transfer the loan and then I'll pay the fees because I have literally paid my whole salary to them and have nothing left. I didnt even pay my monthly Bill's yet and dont even have enough to feed my family. Please help to see if they are not ******** me because this is what it feels like. Then the agent I am speaking to keeps on telling me I will get my loan but he is not telling me what is happening and he doesnt answer all my questions with answers that will make me believe him.
