A breach of contract in terms of the consumer protection acts

my name is Ditshego Malatji i did a loan at atlas finance on the 26 August 2021, my loan contract states that on the 6 september 2021 they were supposely to do first debit but was shocked me is that the debited me double on the 30 August 2021 and on the 06 September 2021 they repeated the same mistake. so my wish is to get a proper help.
