98 % of my salary gone and till date no assistance

And I'm back where I started I was asked to wait 48hrs no feed back was give and I'm still waiting at the end of the day proof was sent with no assistance and there was a back and forward its almost a new month I had to get trough the month being very difficulty and yet no one understood all be c off pple not doing their jobs I went in to depression be c of this situation and to date its has still not been resolved if this happened to a mother of 3 kids had 2 go trough the month with a remained of R600 for the month what happend to human rights what happend to humanity ... in this months there was days that my kids had to go to bed on the bare minimum I had to hike to and from work just to get trough the month bare in mind I was not working the previous months so that was my first salary in a 60 day cycle but yet no one is will to help
