ATLAS GAS GEYSER - WARRANTY NOT HONOURED

Bought gas geyser from Atlas' agent in Amanzimtoti, KZN Caterers (no longer agent for Atlas) Geyser still in warranty. Sprung a leak and both Johan from Atlas and Riaan from KZN Caterers refuse to assist in contacting somebody to attend to water leak. I had to do the phoning around and all 4 people I contacted informed me that they are not wiling to work on any Atlas Gas Geysers, parts availability poor, and no aftersales service. Rep from Atlas also very rude!!!!. Please consumers do not buy any Atlas Appliance as there is no after sales service. This matter is now with the consumer council
