Bad after sales service from Atlas Furniture and Appliance Distributors
I ordered a TV unit on the Leroy Merlin website from Atlas Furniture and Appliance Distributors. The first unit was returned as a piece of wood was damaged. I received a new unit. This unit too is damaged on the corners and the top of the unit has a crack. Someone from the company called to ask if I received the new unit which I rep**** to say it's also damaged and she sounded shocked. I asked her for a direct email as I sent photos and received no feedback. It's more than 3 weeks now and I've not received any feedback on my refund and collection of the TV unit.
