We are still very seperate

My sister booked for 12 people (2x6 sleepers) for 3 nights during school holidays 8-11 October 2021, unfortunately the country was in lockdown so the school holidays were moved. She then requested a new date since it was made clear to her that there will not be a refund. The new date was 22-25 October 2021 and she was told that they only have 2x4 sleepers, my sister thought it wasn't a train smash we will take the available houses. 10 people went there however, on our arrival my sister was told that since we are 10 and they have accommodation for 8 she will have to pay for the 2 people (because they were considered extra, disregarding the fact that she already paid for 12 people in peak season and we checked in off peak). She paid for the 2 people (meaning at the time of check in 14 people were booked and paid for and only 10 checked in). The next day we were confronted by management telling us how untidy we were and calling staff to come and pick up disposable cups and plates that of course didn't belong to us and even mopped the area while we were still seated. I have never truly experienced ****** except for knowing were my color is unwelcome and that was before 1994 and I have never visited those places since. I went to a place where I believed everyone is free to go but I hated being there. We checked out the day before, we were no longer comfortable being there. I don't think I'll ever visit that place and I wouldn't recommend it. My weekend of bush-life was ruined.
