UNHELPFUL AND NOT WILLING TO ASSIST !!!!!

Did a online booking at klein-kariba. They were unable to accomodate us with 2 extra children under 10 wanted us to book an additional camp site which we were prepared to do but they didnt have any available. We were told telephonically we could transfer our booking to any other ATKV resort and they would transfer the funds. We have been in contact with Klein-Kariba all the time except the weekend and now they say we are going to forfeit 25% paid as its we are transferring to another resort. They are NOT willing to assist in any way and are actually damn rude. I will NEVER in my life book there again or recommend to anybody.
