this is not right
my parents made a booking for accommodation for 2 Nov in and check out 6 Nov. they could not make it so we called them to change the booking to my name (from A stonehouse to C malan ) and they did not... we called to check in on sunday a day earlier we did so, monday when we paid they said we don't qualify for the under 35 special for november witch is ******* we are both under 35 and according to them the spacial
