Service non existant

Have been battling for 2 weeks on several occassions and times to make reservations but phone just rings to goudini and hartenbos. Phoned head office where it was said i can be tranferred to central reservation or email yet central doesnt answer either. I was also told that head office could not a be held responsible for resorts and lodges actions and service or in this case lack there of. I personally will not use a atkv facility as this is the second time in a question of a year that service is non existant will use other resorts that want clientele.
