Rude security and ****** behaviour

****** place , so many rules on the heated pools and also no music allowed whereas on the terms and conditions it’s states that the music is allowed until 11pm but we weee told by the security patrolling that they don’t allow it at all. The place is nice and you’ll experience animals just outside your rooms
