Poor communication to guest and unproffesional service that was given

We went for a 5 day holiday and relaxing holiday We were not aware that there was a conference. Everything was bookes out for the conference. The restaurant was bookes out our parking was taken. When we went to compaint about the noise and the restaurant ect. They did not care and didnt even apologise and said if we do not like it we are more then welcome to take our stuff and leave. This is very unproffesional and did not even worry about their other guests that was also paying for their stay. I will never go again to this place. They are making enough money with the conference and dont care about customer service at all. Klein kariba is unproffesional and will tell the people about this. Will spread the word. We were given a day for free and that was the reason because of the inconveinance the conference people are giving the other guests that just want to relax and have family time.
