NOT FUN AS ADVERTISED
We are on the last leg of our holiday and decided we will take our last week to relax here since it has a waterpark that would be fun for our 9 yr old son. During the booking process and Paying the full amount upfront and even on arrival they fail to even mention that the water park is closed that the times of their hot swimming pool has changed. All that's left is a pathetic shallow pool that an adult can't even dive in and an even more poor looking mini golf course. When speaking to management all I heard was excuses. As a member of the public I feel deceived and w**********. So disappointed that this is how our holiday must end. Will never support the ATKV in any course again.

Thank you for bringing the situation to our attention.
We are very sorry that none of our staff members informed you about the situation with the water park. Unfortunately, the water park had to be closed to make way for the new water and play park that we are going to build this year. We also apologise for the fact that some of our facilities are reduced in scope, the affected facilities are being demolished to make way for the new water and play park.
We are very sorry that we did not communicate correctly around these changes at the resort. We have spoken to our reception staff and booking clerks to ensure this does not happen again. It was never our intention to deceive and we would really like to invite you to come and visit our new play and water park when it is finished by the end of the year.
