Horrible Service

If I could put a 0 star i would

We booked a 6 sleeper at ATKV Slanghoek for 5 adults and 1 child of 12years old. When we arrived, we did not know that a Kid of 3 & half yrs old is counted as a Person and we were then counted as 7 instead of 6. Due to this, they did not want to check us in at Slanghoek because my nephew of 3 & half yrs old was counted as a person and we were even prepared to pay whatever extra for this lil boy but instead they refused to still check us in. The reception then gave us 2x Rondawels (4sleeper Each) to accommodate for the 1 person (my lil nephew) and we had to pay extra for the 2x Rondawels (4sleeper each). REALLY NOW!!!!! We were even told that 1 of us can go back home so that 6 people can stay in the Slanghoek accomodation. WOW!!!! Anyway, because we drove from Cape Town and was looking forward to our weekend break away, we took the 2x Rondawels (4sleepers x2). However, the place was so cold and had NO towels. We requested towels around 9am Saturday morning (20 July) and only received it around midday 12:00. They even gave us remotes for the TV's without batteries. This was really really bad service!!!!!

Now i will think twice before booking in to ATKV
