False promises.

On 15th October 2022 my wife and I booked an over night stay at the Goudini Spa. We wanted to find out, if the water of the thermal spring at the spa would help with her muscular pain. To our joy it helped a lot. We want to state that our stay at Goudini was a pleasant one. The facility was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. We would give 5 stars for that. On Goudini's website they state that members are welcome as day visitors. It is also mentioned on their "Disclaimer of Liability " form section "Conditions 0f Stay or Visit ATKV Goudini Spa. " Section 2, Day Visitors. Since we only live 27km from the Spar my wife could take advantage of this offer without staying over. We became Members and paid the membership fee of R1150.- for a year. When we tried to book the first visit for my wife, we were told that no day visitors are accepted at Goudini Spa!! We complained at ***. we got a Ref. Nr .203933. A day later wer received a response from Mr. Ted October under the headline " Problem Solved" but what was written didn't solve the problem at all for us. I told Mr. October that, and cancelled our membership and asked for the full refund of our membership fee. that was November 15th 2022. Until now we haven't heard from them.
