False advertising

Is it not false advertising to say accommodation is a five bed that sleeps 5 people (5 Beds) but the living area is not mentioned at all that it only accommodates 2 people?

In this particular unit there is only two chairs and 5 bar stools. The picture also shows this but it cannot be common knowledge that there will only be two comfortable chairs in a unit that supposedly accommodates 5 people. When I made my booking I did mention that me and my husband with 3 kids between the ages of 5 and 2 will be staying in this unit. I believe it should have at least be mentioned that there is not seating on comfortable chairs for 5 people? How am I suppose to entertain 3 very young kids in such a small area that there is not enough comfortable seating for all of us?
