Extremely poor service at Goudini Spa

Extremely poor customer service!

I have been trying to make a booking since 9 March at Goudini Spa but I have not received a response yet. Despite me emailing them twice since my first email, inquiring about a booking. I even tried to call but couldn’t get through.

I can understand that they are busy and perhaps fully booked but I would expect them to at least communicate this. I was extremely interested in booking with the group but it clearly seems they do not need nor want my business.

So disappointed with them.
