Double Bookings without apology, doesn't work for me!

I do not appreciate being woken up early on a Sunday morning by someone that says I'm camping in his/her spot! The staff at ATKV Buffel****rt don't seem to know what they're doing!? Neither did I get an apology or a phone call as to find out what the problem was!!!
