Disgusting Service

i made a booking at Goudini Spa for units for up to 22people, i received an SMS stating that my booking was cancelled because deposit was not paid, however the previous consultant told me that i do not have to pay a deposit as our booking was made long in advanced. i the called this morning the consultant i spoke to told me she will not take responsibility for what the other consultant has said to me, so please tell me who will take responsibility for this?? This is not okay and by no means will i accept! i expect to receive my booking 519134 back and would like to receive a call urgently to resolve this matter! i am so furious!
