Disgusted & Dissapointed

We checked in to berg huis nr 7 on the 11.12.15 on arrival the stoep was filthy, i also moved the 2 single beds together as my 18 month old sleeps inbetween us.. Under the bed was filthy including a Sanitary pad. I wanted to pack our clothes in the cupboard, and the cupboards were filthy i had to clean them out myself. That night it rained.. It leaked in through the roof so the floors were wet. That morning when we thought they would come clean, they only washed the dishes leaving the floor filthy. I ******* was not removed on the stoep, the ******s through it out numerous times and we had to clean it. The stoep wasnt even swept. We had to phone reception to ask for them to come clean!! The only wash dishes... We never recieved clean towels in the 3 days we were there. Children are out of control and ride like hooligans on their bicycles infront of cars. The stoep has no cover for when it rains (we had to braai in the rain) the view of the water from the restaurant is disgusting bottles, papers even a broken wine glass!!! Shooting of the ******s and ******s with a paintball gun..!!!!! Only 1 little cold swimming pool in the whole resort and plenty boiling pools on 40+ weather?
