disappointed accommodation not up to standard!!

We arrived on Friday 16/10/2015 about 17h00 booking into Klein Kariba Bela Bela. I have made a booking for 2 people for the weekend, I am a member of the ATKV, when we arrived everything was good looking forward to a lovely relaxing weekend. This was my first time to book a weekend at Klein Kariba, I use to stay in Bela Bela. We have bookend in at Buffel****rt, Die Eiland and always enjoy the stay and it was always up to standard. We booked in flat 35 very bad furnisher according to the booking the flat was redone....!! the bedding was very bad....old and not up to standard the flat had a bad smell and we was very disappointed, there was people that played loud music in front of our door.<br> We went to management to report they had no other units available, only a 6 sleeper wooden house without a shower only a bath and the price was much higher. We got our money back and left, we need to look for a place for the weekend at 19H00 VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
