child injured on unsafe playground

On Sunday morning the 7th Feb we were swimming at the outdoor heated pool at Klein kariba. Our 7 year old was playing at the kiddies pool and on the jungle gym. He was playing in the water and using the gym to slide down into the pool. While climbing up the tires which was soaking wet he slipped and fell face first on the hard ground beneath the gym. He broke his nose and split jis toungue in two. This gym and pool is used by small children and the resort have not put enough safty equipment on this playground. I would not be supprised if this has not happened before. So our weekend was ruined and no one from the resort have even contacted us yet to find out if he is ok. The management was called but we could not wait around for him to arrive as we rushed to the nearest hospital. Doubt i will ever go there again ....have a booking for march which i will be canceling
