Burnt on holiday

For my 50th birthday my whole family went to klein kariba. on the friday (my birthday) we went down to the hot pools for a swim at around 10 am . At 11 i went to shower in their public facilities area. Whilst in the shower there was a hot burst of steam and the water burnt my bust and stomach. I stepped out of the shower calling for help as my skin was on fire and peeling off. It took 20 minutes for someone to attend who bought a burn dressing. They couldnt decide whether to call an ambulance so my son rushed me off to the closest town hospital. where i was treated for my burns , bandaged up and given lots of pain killers. The following day the manager came round to our chalet , did not introduce himself, but said sorry and Geniet jou dag verder !!! I sustained burns that required dressings twice a day and he tells me to geniet jou day ? What type of manager is this, because i was at the chalet bandaged up and dose on pain pills it means i am fine ??? Disgusting service. No first Aid available at the pool, no signs to say watch out the shower can kill you. Really upset with the resort. We have been members for over 20 years and u treated like nothing !!!
