Buffel****rt dont refund deposit

13 April 2015 we booked ATKV Buffelspport Rustenburg for October holiday. May 19th we were told to pay deposit R3900 immediately or lose booking. Deposit paid 20th May.<br> August had to cancel booking. Contacted resort 27 August tell about cancelling would like deposit back. They answered NO, we must look at the cancellation clause. I had a look, it stated: if booking is cancelled more than 30 days before start date, you lose 25%. I told them what it says.<br> They said they can rent the place out, IF successful, they can pay me back, otherwise, NOT. Chantel said that I must remember, the unit might NOT rent out, as lots of units available. <br> She contacted 28th August, stating they can refund, less 25%, asked our bank details. I send bank details. On the 2nd September I asked for feedback. 4th September not yet heard a word from them?<br> 3rd of September contacted them via another email, booking 6 bed place (exactly same that we just cancelled) They answered, only have 4 bed units available. Meaning, our unit that we cancelled, already rented out, still they will not give us back our deposit.
