Become a member, but receive none of the benefits...is that the game you people play??

I have been waiting for weeks to receive my membership details after signing up. You are efficient enough to sign people up, but very slow on the response when someone needs assistance. The annual member fees were debited after a week of speaking to Jody (your consultant), but I have to date not received one welcome email, sms or even a membership number to make a booking online? I demand feedback! No paying customer should be treated like this. This experience leaves a very bad taste in my mouth!
