Bad service

We booked a holiday for our children at Natalia Resort at Mamzimtoti North Beach at Durban. We constantly had security to come n check us as they were constantly complaining about noise n when security came to our flats they found that there was no noise. We felt that they were on our case cos we are blacks. We have spent so much money for booking this place as we thought it was suitable for a holiday destination for our children. We are so disappointed about the treatment we getting.
