Bad bad Service

I am not pleased with the customer service and the way the Manager handle the situation. This is the horrible place to be especially if you are an African. They don’t communicate well, they don’t accommodate every citizen it only Afrikaans. I am so ****ed and I want to leave now everyone was throwing water to us just because we are black wearing bikinis but “them Afrikaaans “ are wearing bikinis. They are saying it not appropriate for their kids we are old, here to distress coming from COVID and trying to enjoy our women’s month as women. We are still waiting for Sipho’s response because he promised to give us feedback about the whole situation hence he told us that he understands us he will speak to his manager. The manager allows everyone in the pool to throw water to us as black people and everyone who was in the pool left telling us we can’t swim and four grandfather who said fusek to us, we don’t deserve to be there, one of them was even disabled. First horrible experience and definitely the last . Please do not come to this place if you are an African. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The issue started when they were telling us that wearing bikini with long net dress is unappropriate while other are just wearing bikinis only and that was supposed to be addressed by a female employee but it was male and there very rude.

ATKV is not a place to go to for an holiday!
