ATKV spam even after opting out

ATKV spamming

I created an email address dedicated to make a booking with ATKV holiday resort for later this year. I specifically requested that ATKV use my details to contact me regarding my booking only, nothing else, I do not want spammed, unsolicited correspondance , receive marketing information ect.

In South Africa, we work on an opt out principal. Accoring to the Electronic Communication Act of 2002, I opted out from the start.

With the new POPIA, ATKV may not store my information for any reason except for what I agreed to, in this case, my booking.

ATKV went ahead and added me to their spam email list, and now I get every "special" from every ATKV resort in the country.

Sending email did not stop the spamming (yet).

ATKV, well done for the law abiding principals you comply with!!!
