Atkv service sucks headoffice does nothing

Buffel****rt resort and its management pathetic. Put my elderly mom on a pavement due to a dispute with me and headoffice does absolutely nothing to resolve complaints yet the amount of money they charge for the accomodation types offered pathetic. Accomodation more like 1 star much cheaper resorts with higher end better furniture. Shows you what a greedy institution this is And then they spread lies to the tourism board so their ****s are covered. I am afrikaans and its a shame. Dignity and respect means nothing to them its all about kha ching and how much they can milk so the distruthful manager can probably get a 110% increase. Shes just as pathetic. Think twice and read the fine print ppl they are not what they advertise to be.
