ATKV resorts have no honor or empathy

We have had the most horrific experience at this resort and after bringing it to the attention of the mangement we were treated like children and given a lesson on values and morals which clearly does not excist at this resort. Im ashamed to be a member of ATKV and will be cancelling our membership today. Worst resort and worst mangement ever.
