ATKV resorts have no honor or empathy

Disgusting service from this resort. We called yesterday to spend the day at this resort the following day, and were told it's fine. We drove extremely far. +2 hours, and were denied entry purely because they never made a booking for us and the policy is that they only do it 24 hours in advance. Despite this being their error, they still refused on principal of their procedure. There is plenty space by the 4 swimming pools.

This is pure nonsense and we have been here a number of times over the years for day visits without booking
